Clallam Founded in 1833, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a worldwide organization of lay Catholics following Christ’s call to serve the poor, the suffering, and the deprived. Our founding activity is the Home Visit. Through these visits, Vincentian members establish personal relationships with our neighbors in need, not only providing material assistance such as rent, utilities, food, or clothing, but also offering friendship, understanding, and prayer. Our members are known as Vincentians, named after our patron, St. Vincent de Paul, who follow in the spirit of St. Vincent in service to the poor and marginalized. Our Vincentian brothers and sisters embrace the virtues of simplicity, humility, selflessness, gentleness, and zeal in serving the suffering of our community. Currently, meetings are held via Zoom. We provide the following services to our community: Contact us for more information about how you can get involved. If you need help: SVdP hotline: (360) 683-2112.
