Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 4:30pm The Mariposa House is dedicated to the ideal that no one should have to live with violence, whether it be social, sexual, mental or physical. We strive to lessen violence in our community, and in our world. We are organized to provide shelter, advocacy-based counseling, and preventative services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Victims of Crime also receive advocacy-based counseling, legal assistance and referrals. The Mariposa House will provide counseling, advocacy, shelter, transportation and referrals to all persons needing and desiring services regardless of race, color, religion, disability, pregnancy, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, ethnicity, income, veteran status, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
