Sunshine And Rainbows School Clallam Concerned Citizens is a 501(c) nonprofit social service agency that serves community members throughout Clallam and Jefferson Counties by providing a range of service programs, when and where they’re needed, to citizens of all ages. Our mission is to provide a helping hand where and when it’s needed to citizens of all ages in Clallam and Jefferson Counties who need help with skills, care, guidance, and extra support so they can succeed with whatever task at whatever age, with an emphasis on the needs of those with developmental and other disabilities.
